Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use lunara.design (the “site”) or join the Lunara waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. Each Lunara app will come with its own terms when it is released. For apps distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless we provide our own.
2. The waitlist and pre-release apps
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us. Release dates, features, platforms, and prices described on the site are plans, not promises, and may change. Pre-release builds, including private previews and beta versions, are provided as-is for testing and may contain bugs.
3. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. For example, don’t attempt to disrupt or overload it, access it in unauthorized ways, submit other people’s email addresses without their permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
The Lunara name, logos, artwork, text, and design of the site belong to Lunara or its licensors. You may share links to the site and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our branding or content in a way that suggests endorsement or confuses people about who made it.
5. Your content
Anything you create in our apps belongs to you. Our apps are designed to keep your content on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
